Service Desk Team Leader - GloucestershireAn exciting opportunity for either an experienced Service Desk Team Leader or potentially for someone wishing to step-up into such a role. The successful candidate will be managing a small team of 2nd Line Support Engineers who are providing exceptional desktop support across a variety of business and IT systems. This is a technical role which will need to be combined with first-class customer service and team leading skills.
