The Senior Business Development Manager, a crucial appointment in realising this ambition, is an exciting opportunity to help them increase profitability and ultimately unlock the potential of their market proposition across their 3 key business revenue streams. You will ultimately be responsible for the performance of the broader Business Development Team. Role and Responsibilities: Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, and taking responsibility of the broader Business Development Team. Research, engage and close commercial deals in the construction market. Compiling sales plans. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle to promote low risk and predictable performance. Accurate and dependable forecasting that the business can rely on to support its development plans. Be fully conversant with the product portfolio to the point where you can answer the majority of non-technical customer or prospect queries.
