Business Development Executive Chelmsford £30,000 per year Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development executive to join their Hire Team selling specialist equipment. Focusing on growing their rental services. In this role, you ll play a pivotal part in developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive engagement and have regular contact with hire customers Use upselling techniques on different products or length of service. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth. Answer inbound enquiries and provide a follow up of all quotes within 30 minutes. Ensure all customer details, notes and relevant information are accurately put on the CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Achieve and exceed business development targets, contributing to the Hire Team s overall success. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate leads.
