Our client is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to work closely within the Accounts Payable department in completing a wide range of tasks which will play a significant role in contributing to the Group''s overall success. They are offering an initial salary of 21,000 per annum, as well as a wide range of competitive benefits (listed below.) Responsibilities: Following specific procedures to assist in opening new accounts and contracts for customers. Check and distribute daily invoices. Ensure the customer Purchase Orders and scanning is up to date. Carry out the entry of invoices onto an online system. Assist with Month End invoicing and the processing of credit notes. Daily Cash Reconciliations. Ensure monthly debtors lists have been produced and distributed. Assisting in creating monthly customer and management reports. Requirements: Ideally studying towards an AAT qualification. Fundamental understanding of transactional finance. Intermediate Excel skills. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
