Main responsibilitiesResponsible for developing sales with medium and large UK OEM prospects and accounts, in our strategic sales segments.Leading negotiations and customer decisions Creates and executes on a strategic sales plan that meets or exceeds turnover and gross profit targets.Creates strategic account plans for new customers that are in line with sales strategy and that outline account objectives, strategies, resources and tactics to be deployed.Ensuring effective positioning of value proposition to prospects/customer corporate HQ and site locations by leveraging customer service partners together with other departmentsHas an entrepreneurial mindset, sees opportunities for new business or business expansion and can back this up with facts and figures. Effectively manages and develops his/her pipelineGrows network of prospects out of personal curiosity and ambition and can convert this into sales.
