In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing prompt and effective technical support for a range of IT issues. You will work closely with the IT Support Team Leader to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the IT department. ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person. Desktop/laptop issues (software, hardware, peripherals)Network connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)Email and calendaring software issuesPrinter and scanner issuesBasic software installation and configurationPassword resets and account lockout resolutionLog and track all support requests in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support personnel when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all support activities. Proactively identify and resolve recurring IT issues.
