Salary: 80,000 Job Purpose Responsible for ensuring the security of the organization is effective, efficient, and adaptable to meet governmental, defense, and industry best practices where applicable. Key Responsibilities and Duties Act as a key report to the Security Director and serve as an ambassador for the organization. Manage and lead the Security and Vetting Team, ensuring alignment with the organization''s strategic goals. Oversee physical security and vetting operations, including compliance, systems management, business continuity, team performance, and engagement. Supervise recruitment and retention of Security Representatives and Administrators. Integrate security functions across the organization to ensure consistent service delivery. Support senior leadership and key stakeholders in providing holistic protective security, including: Managing physical security measures via third-party providers. Overseeing compliance for classified data hosting and new builds per secure construction standards. Advising on security build requirements and standards.
