The Person This role would suit a newly qualified of part qualified management accountant ideally from the IT or Telecoms sector.Must have strong management accouting experience including financial reporting and variance analysis. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with Sage Line 50 is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Requirements Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Produce variance analysis reports and provide insights into financial performance. Assist in the preparation of annual and monthly budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
