Services Delivery Manager | Financial Services | London | Permanent | £70,000 + bonus This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, process driven Service Delivery Manager/Resource Manager to join a team determined to provide quality service delivery to a financial services client. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the IT professional services delivered to the client. This includes: performance management, stakeholder management, customer on-boarding, service level performance/reporting, financial management, customer satisfaction, operational alignment, and managing new resources demand andamp; improvement.
