The position reports to the CEO and includes a pathway to Group Financial Controller role.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee financial controls, prepare consolidated management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and manage payroll and pricing integrity.Audit and Compliance: Handle relationships with auditors, ensure timely completion of audits, and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax laws.Taxation: Review VAT returns and submit corporation tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC.IT Management: Lead software strategy and management.Team Leadership: Manage a team of two finance professionals.Qualifications:Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles, with industry experience.Education: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.Skills: Strong software implementation experience; familiarity with SAP Business One, MS Power BI, and MS Dynamics is advantageous.This role offers a significant opportunity for professional growth within a reputable company.
