Our client is a market leader in marketing and printing and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to strengthen their Client Services team and looking for an experienced Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for the project management and co-ordination of campaigns, collateral and internal communications, and will be a principal provider of services for a major car manufacturer. This will be a hybrid role, working from home, with visits to their offices based in Farnborough 2 to 3 days per week. Key responsibilities for the Account Manager will include: Establish strategic relationships with clients, developing an understanding for their requirements Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders Manage end to end production workflow including associated communications Ensure all procurement activity adheres to commercial strategy and guidelines Delivers business and account objectives through adherence to business processes and systems. What we are looking for in the Account Manager: Previous experience within a similar role preferred Ideally have experience within Print production and large format POS Previous experience of taking job briefs and managing client expectation Ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple jobs Excellent Written and verbal communication skills Exceptional eye for detail Microsoft office, numeracy skills and commercial awareness Flexible and robust attitude and ability to ..... full job details .....
