We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable GMP Production Operative to join an expanding manufacturing team based in Rochester. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of their production processes.Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to GMP guidelines and regulations to maintain high standards of quality and safety in the production environment- Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner- Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications- Perform inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of production data- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance in production operations- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environmentQualifications:- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a GMP-regulated industry- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed- Knowledge of basic math and computer skills- Understanding of GMP principles ..... full job details .....
