Brief Summary of The Role:Manage allocated development sites, ensuring timely production of commercially viable detailed engineering and architectural designsObtain all necessary statutory consents, to be issued to construction staffAssess and prioritise workload of the technical team, producing individual site activity programmesMonitor performance against design programmeEnsure work is carried out in accordance with the principals of Constructions (Design and Management) Regulations.Ensure quality and detail of engineering design align with company and regulatory requirementsEnsure technical approval is obtained for all works from LPA, Building Control, NBC, EA and Highways and Drainage AuthoritiesSupervise production of the initial release VO''s by team, including all engineering and design drawings About you:Degree in engineering/architectural technology or architecture (min Grade 2:1 or 1:1 or equivalent)Chartered or IncorporatedAt least 5 years'' relevant experienceExcellent knowledge of current Building Regulations and NHBC Requirements The role in mainly office based but there will be times you need to visit ..... full job details .....
