We''re working on this new role within a growing business, we''re after a head of compliance to ensure the company is following all the correct regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. You''ll be joining this company at a really exciting time with them in process of setting up a brand new senior leadership team and are looking for you to be part of this. This is a role where you''ll be working on a global scale, with you looking over their site in the UK and the US. The role will include travel to the US, around 8 weeks of the year.You''ll be tasked with overseeing changing regulations, legislation, ensuring risk and opportunities are being proactively understood and appropriate strategies created. You''ll be working with some world famous brands which are in a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Automotive. Motorsport, MOD and Marine industries. They have a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. This position will be reporting directly into the managing director.Any background would be considered for this role, this business work within manufacturing but that experience isn''t required here.
