PA to Principal of Criminal Defence Solicitors URGENT REQUIREMENTSidcup Circa 25000 per annumWe are currently working with a Legal Practice based in Sidcup, Kent who have an urgent requirement for a Personal Assistant to support the Principal to the Criminal Defence Team. This is an urgent requirement so candidates who are available and who can start during the month of November will be given an immediate interview The role will involve the following responsibilities:Arranging AppointmentsUsing LEAP software to record Court Attendance notes and Time RecordingProcessing outcome letters to clientsLiaising with Counsel and Experts and CourtsKeeping Diary for PrincipalProducing invoices for Private Clients together with agreementsLiaising with accounts re payments of aboveDiarising payment datesObtaining initial information from clientTaking notes at meetingsYou will have an attention to detail and a true ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in a professional and friendly manner at all times.Hours of work are 9-5pm Monday to FridayThis role will become hybrid once full training has been given.
