Ideally, you will have experience in large-scale organisations such as manufacturing, banking or public sector. Key Responsibilities Contractor Compliance: Ensure full compliance with contractor regulations, including IR35. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies. Job Specifications: Create clear, precise job descriptions tailored to organisational needs and designed to attract top talent. Recruitment Process Management: Assist hiring managers to screen incoming CVs to identify the most qualified candidates. Organise and conduct on-site and teams interviews efficiently.
