This is a hands-on, operational role that requires a proactive approach to safety and the confidence to drive change in a setting where safety standards are ready to be revitalised.Key duties of the Health and Safety Advisor: Be a visible presence on the shop floor, conducting regular safety walks and engaging with staff.
