Purpose Of The Role: To join the Premier Account Team and ensure that the defined account base is managed for growth and customer excellence. The main emphasis of the role is to manage and grow an existing base of spending customers and to re-engage with lapsed customers with a focus on increasing the base penetration and number of traded customers. You will also need to identify net new customers that fit the trading profile and have a defined plan on how to win these. You will be supported by the Senior Management team, Category Manger and the vendors, and you will have a team of sales support people to help you deliver a world class customer experience to your growing base of clients.
