Litigation Paralegal - London This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work within an established commercial firm based in the centre of London. Established over 20 years ago this dynamic private practice is seeking a litigation paralegal to join their busy and thriving company commercial department.This role would be well suited to a litigation paralegal with at least one year of experience in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and hands-on experience in general Dispute resolution and Commercial Litigation. The role:Assisting with a diverse caseload comprised of Dispute Resolution and Commercial LitigationAssisting with dental matters, debt matters, property litigation, financial services, telecommunications, construction and insolvency.Draft letters, formal documents, pleadings, and witness statementsConsider disclosure and prepare detailed disclosure reports/requestsHave a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure RulesPrepare Instructions and Briefs to CounselPrepare trial bundlesAttend all court hearings including jury trialsPrepare Notes of TrialUndertake Legal Research and draft topical articles for publication Applications are welcome from Commercial Paralegals with the following: Previous experience in a similar positionStrong communication and client care skillsStrong organisational and IT skills ..... full job details .....
