As the Head of Housing Services, your role is critical in driving high performance across the regional housing services function. You will be responsible for strategic leadership, ensuring service areas like Income Management, Tenancy Management, and Anti-Social Behaviour meet and exceed expectations. What will you do in the role? You will lead and manage a team of generic housing professionals managing a range of services, including Income Management, Tenancy and Neighbourhood Management and ASB Management, and Complaints.
