Your new roleYour key duties will involve enforcing the firm''s collections policies using a variety of methods, liaising directly with the internal finance team to chase outstanding debt. You will ensure accurate records and documentation of all conversations/communications with clients to keep up to date on debt issues. You will achieve monthly cash collection and debtor day targets, meet with internal partners monthly to review their debt and discuss challenging areas. You will enforce bills are being sent in accordance with timelines, check e-billing platforms, ensure timely resolution of client queries on unpaid invoices, and escalate specific risk areas/issues to senior management.
