Job Title: Business Support Officer (Repairs)Location: Ealing, West London W5 2HL, 3 days a week office / 2 days remoteHourly rate 23.19 PAYE / 30.17 UMB Per HourContract Length: 3-month initial contract (possibility of extension)Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hoursASAP Start Role purpose: To provide efficient and effective administration support to repairs and maintenance teams, surveyors, contractors and residents.To act as the first point of contact for members of the public on repairs issues and updates. Key responsibilities: To manage and maintain two generic mailboxes in repairs, Surveyors RandM and Variations.Update our housing management system, OHMS, with repairs information, and supply updates requested from other departments within the directorate.Organise surveyors'' diaries.Contract Variations when repairs are attended to by our main contractor Wates.Out of Hours repairs, logged, raised and follow ups.Raising work orders generally for the repairs manager.Liaising with residents by telephone and email.Assisting the Quantity Surveyor with invoicing.Organising and inputting data.
