The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the Liverpool region. Reporting to company directors, the successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of their projects and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring project controls are effectively monitored and reported. Duties: Oversee production activities on-site. Manage contracts valued between £1m and £6m. Report directly to the Construction Director. Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional business objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Recruit, train, and manage staff to foster a motivated workforce.
