Assured Safety Recruitment are partnering with large UK manufacturing group to recruit a Safety, Health and Environment Manager for their production and distribution facilites in Worcestershire. The Safety, Health and Environment Manager will lead the SHE agenda. The SHE Manager forms part of the Site Leadership Team and part of the wider UK Safety, Health and Environment Team. The Group are committed to Safety, Health and Environment and are seeking a SHE Manager to advocate and drive Safety, Health and Environment to new levels. The role is both a strategic and hands on, leading initiatives focusing on safety cultures and behaviours, engaging, and educating, having real conversations as well as advocating for Safety, Health and Environment at management level.
