For this role we are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with SENCO experience. Key Duties: Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS Promoting and supporting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues Take necessary steps to safeguard all who access the setting, adhering to the safeguarding policy Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times Flexible in working hours if required. Support daily routines. Follow policies and procedures. Leading staff members and teams. Light cleaning duties. Maintain a high level of supervision. Maintain confidentiality.
