What You''ll Do as Our Learning andamp; Development Manager In this role, you will design and deliver a comprehensive syllabus of training and development resources across the UK, empowering our people to perform at their best. Working within the Enterprise Applications Team, you''ll collaborate with subject matter experts to support our organisation and drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement. As our Learning andamp; Development Manager, you will: Develop a strong understanding of the organisation''s priorities, structures, and skills needs. Engage with key stakeholders to assess business issues, identify learning needs, and recommend impactful Landamp;D solutions. Lead or support live training programmes across enterprise applications and business processes. Foster a culture of continuous learning, incorporating the 70:20:10 development model.
