Group Director of Human Resources (UK and IRL) Job Overview The Group Director of Human Resources is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the human resources function across the entire hotel group. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the company''s overall goals, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
