We''re looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Waking Night Support Worker to join our Mental Health service in Redbridge.£27,352.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days Annual Leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare and career progression.Well House is a crisis house supported accommodation service that supports individuals for between 14 and 28 days as an alternative to requiring hospital admission for their mental health needs. The service works closely in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet individual needs, manage risk and support individuals to achieve positive outcomes.The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure members of the local community are able to access critical mental health support at all hours.
