We are recruiting on behalf of an established accountancy practice with multiple offices across the West Midlands. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join their team in Dudley About the Role: As a Senior Accountant, you ll play a pivotal role within the accounts team, preparing financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients, including Limited Companies, sole traders, and partnerships. You ll also help mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued success of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Preparing statutory accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Sole Traders. Producing accurate management accounts. Reviewing work completed by junior staff and providing constructive feedback. Preparing personal and corporation tax returns. Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients. Engaging with clients via meetings, calls, or emails to address financial adjustments and queries. Meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality work. Utilizing accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and CCH (experience with these systems is an advantage). What We re Looking For: ACCA qualified or part-qualified (nearing completion). At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice. Strong technical expertise and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills for team and client interactions.
