We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Facilities Manager to oversee our client''s prestigious London headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational management of all soft services, including security, cleaning, reception, catering to name a few. Coordinate and manage third-party service providers to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.Conduct regular performance reviews with all service partners to ensure service levels are consistently met and improved upon. Carrying out retendering, and benchmarking for all soft service contracts when needed.Act as the primary point of contact for sub-tenants, attending to any requirements in a timely and professional manner.Lead facilities-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with HandS teams to implement best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.Production and management of the budgets for Facilities Services and Service Charge accounts, ensuring responsible spending within approved limits.
