Day shifts are available Monday - Friday and weekends.This role will involve:Local delivery and collection of Automotive partsLocal sequence deliveries from manufacturing facility into plantSome distance deliveries to and from other suppliers / manufacturersTypical start times between 05:00 - 07:00 on days8-10 hour shifts (Minimum 9 paid / Inc 1 hour Overtime)No HandballWeekend work available at inflated pay ratesSites based in Solihull and North BirminghamSuccessful HGV Class 1 Drivers will:Have at least 6 months C+E experienceHave no more than 6 points for minor offenses (No DDs, DRs or CDs)Hold valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph cardHGV Class 1 Drivers PAYE rates of pay:Monday to Friday days 14.24 per hour (Hours 06:00-18:00)Overtime after 8 hours per shift between 21.36 - 24.92 per hourGuaranteed 9 hours per shift (1 hours overtime daily)Mandatory assessments are involved which will include:Written test (Excellent knowledge of Driving hours, Tacho laws and Highway Code required)Full site and safe systems of work inductionVehicle familiarisationPractical driving assessmentWorking for Pertemps, you will benefit from:Weekly or Monthly pay via BACS (PAYE)Free UniformAccess to driver training including CPCDedicated local consultants24/7 contactPLEASE CLICK ..... full job details .....
