As a Carpenter Multi your day to day will look like: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Please note: A full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role.
