Requirements for a successful Commercial Property Paralegal Professional Legal qualification or working towards.Substantial Commercial Property experience.Strong working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law including commercial leases.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with confidence communicating at senior level.Strong negotiation skills.Well organised with excellent time management.
