RM Recruit are working in partnership with our Midlands based Housing Association client to recruit a Finance Business Partner for circa 3-6 months. This role is pivotal in working alongside Directors, non finance personnel and budget holders to provide information, analysis and insight to achieve their strategic and business objectives. The Finance Business Partner will challenge business thinking, and help drive business strategy. They will support corporate objectives and embed values and assist budget holders in achieving value for money. The remit of the role will include, but not be limited to: Production of Management Accounts with commentary Business Partner with internal stakeholders Regular Liaison with budget holders Assistance in developing and maintaining the delivery of business objectives and ensuring that the organisation''s customers are at the centre of all business decisions Support in delivering the agreed financial performance and KPIs for operational activities and financial plans Business Partnering with other Teams to deliver effective growth and continuing success of the organisation Support and assist in driving forward continuous business improvement and change initiatives.
