As a Plant/Maintenance Engineer with an electrical focus, you''ll ensure production machinery runs smoothly and efficiently, minimising downtime. What You ll Do: Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems. Diagnose and repair electrical faults (PLCs, motors, automated systems). Assist with machinery installation and system upgrades. Support process improvements to boost equipment performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Provide occasional on-call support for emergency repairs (with additional pay). What You ll Bring: Experience in electrical maintenance engineering, ideally in manufacturing. Strong fault-finding skills with PLCs, motors, and control systems. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety regulations.
