In this role, you will deliver engaging and tailored Humanities lessons (e.g., History, Geography, RE) to students aged 11-18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering differentiated lessons that meet the needs of students with a range of abilities and behavioral challenges.Supporting students in developing academic skills and positive attitudes towards learning.Managing behavior effectively, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff, therapists, and external agencies.Monitoring student progress, maintaining records, and providing constructive feedback.About You:To succeed in this role, you should have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience working with students with SEMH needs, behavioral challenges, or within alternative provisions/PRUs.A solid understanding of ..... full job details .....
