They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a 3rd Line Engineer you will play a critical role in delivering advanced IT support, managing complex infrastructure projects, and providing technical leadership. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Technical Support: Provide 3rd-line support for escalated issues from the 1st and 2nd-line teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS). Proactively monitor and optimize performance, availability, and security of client systems. Ensure high availability and business continuity for client environments.
