HR Transformation Analyst/Manager (Global Integration) Project Role - This is a hybrid role based in Liverpool x3 days per week.Start Date: Dec 2024 End Date: 30th June 2025Hybrid Role Based working three days per week in LiverpoolAbout the Project: The Global HRSC Integration project aims to centralize and standardize HR support across 26 entities by consolidating operations in our HR Service Centers and strategically outsourcing key processes. The HR Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role in executing this transformation across multiple countries, starting with Spain, Italy, France, and the Netherlands in Wave 1, and expanding to up to 25 additional countries in subsequent waves.This role requires close collaboration with HR Shared Services Centers (HRSCs), Centers of Expertise (COEs), external vendors, and HR business partnering teams to ensure smooth implementation, process optimization, and the adoption of new HR technologies and systems.
