On offer is an autonomous and specialist leadership role where you will have direct line management responsibilities over a team of 15 within a multi-million turnover Commercial Property Consultancy who pride themselves on ongoing development of staff and offer a progression structure right through to Directorship.This well-established company are a Property Consultancy working with a broad network of Commercial clients across the UK, primarily in the South West. They have seen continual growth to the point they have 70 staff across 4 offices and due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.In this role you will be directly managing a team of Property Managers across 4 offices within the South West, as well as being responsible for your own portfolio of commercial properties undertaking weekly site visits to meet with clients, conducting inspections and outsourcing maintenance.
