We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Neighbourhood Services to lead and transform a wide-ranging housing management service. This is a strategic leadership role that encompasses the management of neighbourhood services, sheltered housing, and community initiatives to improve resident satisfaction, build sustainable communities, and ensure high-quality service delivery.You will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement housing management strategies, improve operational efficiency, and deliver on the council''s key priorities and objectives.The Role Develop and deliver long-term housing strategies and service improvement plans that align with corporate goals and enhance the resident experience.
