You will be covering a property services project.Responsibilities:Your primary focus as a Electrician will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident''s propertiesAchieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanshipManage the resident''s expectation and ensure to provide a follow-on serviceMaintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism. Requirements:Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.Core strength trade background as an Electrician, with skills in other trades where possible.A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is requiredLevel 3 City and Guilds or NVQ and 18th edition in electrical installations Benefits:The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
