As a key member of their consultancy, you will lead on a diverse range of projects, providing expert advice and guidance to clients while ensuring compliance with planning regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and other planning documents. Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.
