About the Role: As the Assistant Management Accountant, you ll play an essential role in managing financial operations and supporting decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities include: Preparing monthly management accounts and handling bookkeeping. Coordinating with payroll providers and performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Managing intercompany balances and maintaining primary responsibility for company banking. Preparing statistical returns and cost journals to ensure accurate expense recognition. Managing the Fixed Asset register and depreciation schedules. Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities. Preparing key financial documents, including income statements and balance sheets. Conducting analytical reviews to identify performance trends and recommending improvements. Handling year-end schedules and managing sales commissions calculations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
