Synopsis of duties:To ensure that the practical and emotional needs of victims and survivors living in the community are met including immediate and ongoing safety planning. To provide trauma informed group work.On a rota basis participate in the delivery of the Pippa service as the first point of contact, information, advice, assessment and triage for victims, their children, and professionals. To work in partnership with victims and survivors to identify the needs of their children and support them to access appropriate services.
