Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and hands-on exploration to develop an understanding of subject relevant concepts.Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to KS1/KS2 students. -Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.Assess and monitor students'' progress, providing constructive feedback. - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student development.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
