ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of Family Law. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a range of matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and cohabitation agreements. This role requires a compassionate yet assertive approach, as you will often be dealing with sensitive and emotionally charged situations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements and cohabitation agreements. Providing expert advice and representation in both contentious and non-contentious family law cases.
