This role offers the chance to work within mainstream settings, alternative provisions, or on a 1:1 basis, supporting students in small groups.Key Responsibilities Support for SEMH Needs: Work closely with students with SEMH challenges, tailoring strategies to meet their individual needs. Behaviour Management: Handle and de-escalate challenging behaviour with confidence and professionalism, maintaining a calm and supportive environment. Curriculum Support: Provide academic assistance in Maths, English, and Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Flexible Support: Work across mainstream classrooms, alternative provisions, or in one-to-one settings.
