An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Newbury as a part time Assistant Management Accountant.Location: NewburyJob type: PermanentWorking Hours: 30 hours per week Salary: 28k - 35k pro-rata Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, free parking As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for: Ownership of Purchase Ledger - posting invoices, allocations, queries, notify CFO of payments required (weekly and monthly)Employee Expenses - check, process (account for VAT correctly), collate monthly expense claims for DirectorCredit Cards - Monthly reconciliation of credit cards, posting entries where required, resolve any queries, ensure VAT invoices are obtained where relevant.Expense Cards - check all receipts received and uploaded by employees, processing all expenses, accounting for VAT where applicable, reconciling monthly statements.Assisting with Sales Ledger / Credit Control to cover holidays and busy periods.Assisting CFO with aspects of month end and management accountsAssist in budgeting and forecasting processesProvide support in preparing reports for leadership, including KPIs such as monthly recurring revenue The successful Assistant Management Accountant will have the following related skills / experience: Experience of purchase ledger and invoice reconciliationExperience of processing expenses would be advantageousExposure to month end and management accountingManaging internal relationships ..... full job details .....
