The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential property law, with experience in areas such as conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Additionally, you will have some experience in commercial property matters, including property development and secured lending.Responsibilities:Handle a caseload of residential property matters, including conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensionsAdvise clients on all aspects of residential property transactionsPrepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and title documentsConduct due diligence on properties and identify potential issuesLiaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to progress transactionsMaintain accurate records and manage client filesContribute to the development of the department''s practice area and strategyWork collaboratively with other teams within the firmRequirements:5+ years of post-qualified experience as a Property SolicitorStrong background in residential property law, with experience in conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease ..... full job details .....
