Assistant Service Manager Chapelmede, Horley. part time £27,154 per annum Shift patterns: Monday to Sunday - shifts vary from early mornings to late shifts depending upon the needs of the service users. Occasional night work may be required (subject to change). Chapelmede supports young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy, through a mixture of support at home and in the community. Due to the nature of this role, it would be desirable for the successful candidate to hold a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. In this role you will be; Work closely with the Service Manager to inspire and motivate the team to provide a high-quality service as well assist in implementing current legislation and CQC requirements Maintain a practical knowledge of policies and procedures and ensure appropriate usage.
